When an organization lives its values and ethics, it shows. Our words, our actions and the way we make decisions have an impact on our community and our members. As our motto states: Deeds Speak. That is why we are so pleased to introduce our new values and code of ethics. These shared beliefs guide our conduct and support the vision and mission of our organization.
To make a difference in our community.
We will ensure our citizens feel safe and secure through excellence in policing.
Our five values support two important pillars: our people and our community.
We care about the well-being of our members and the community.
We are just and impartial in everything we say and do.
We have the moral strength to stand up and to do what is right.
We value and treat all people with dignity.
We conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity and we are accountable for our actions.
